Should lawyer-client privilege really allow an innocent man to spend 26 years in prison?? Such was the case for Alton Logan, who remains incarcerated to this day. Now that person truly guilty of the crime for which Mr. Logan was convicted is dead, shouldn’t he be set free? Doesn’t keeping him locked up seem to be an egregious miscarriage of justice?
